I can't create or open a file with illustrator.
I tried resetting the settings. And tried reinstalling but didn't work for me. I tried reinstalling it using adobe cleaner tool, but it doesn't work. Also creating legacy files doesn't work.
I also tried renaming the settings folder to .old but it didn't work and even deleting the settings didn't work.
Illustrator does not emit any errors.
Just in case, I tried reinstalling all versions 27.1, 27, and 26, but none of them work.
I also updated the graphics driver but it doesn't work.
There is no printer connected.
There are no plugins installed.
I am a Windows 11 user.
What should I do?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if it helps:
If the issue persists, kindly try enabling the Use Legacy New Document Dialog option, deselect the Auto-Show the Home Screen option under Edit > Preferences > General, and share your observations.
