Unable to sign in Illustrator after switching from teams to individual plan on same email ID

Thanks for reaching out. I checked out your email ID and found that you had a Teams account, and now you have switched to an individual account. While login clicks on the "Continue with Google" button in the Sign-In dialog box and see if that helps.

Also, you may switch your profile manually from teams to personal by following the below steps:

• Sign in to your Adobe Account with your email and password
• Go to Account and Security> Sign-in and security
• Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.
• Now, while logging, you will get a profile selection option if your team's account hasn't been fully deactivated.
