Uneven curved lines using brush tool?

Hello!
I need help in fixing my brush tool. I use a pen tablet specifically an Intuos Comic. Pen pressure is off in the brush. This is a screenshot of my brush settings.

Circled in red is how it looks like when I draw something that curves out. Is there a way that I can draw curve lines without sort of smudging out?
I notice that it's cleaner to use pen tool but I wanted to freehand draw so I use pen tablet.

I found that switching to Pencil solves the problem as it draws the lines just like the Pen tool does - smooth and uniform.

You can also edit the cup of the line while with the Brush it looks rounded no matter what you select from the Stroke window.

Can not really be fixed. Only thing you can try is apply the zigzag effect.

Set the first value to zero.

Then turn on the preview and adjust the second value until the issue is gone (sometimes it needs to be around 100)
