unexpected errors

When I want to save a document I often get this medling:
Illustrator cannot save this document due to some unexpected errors.
Therefore I cannot save the file. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Yes we have our own network / server here. I never had this problem before.

I only have this problem when I save it on our server. If I save the file on my desktop I don't have this problem. Ik work on a imac.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Please try turning off the Optimize File Open and Save Time on Slow Networks (Beta) under Preferences > File Handling & Clipboard. See if it makes a difference. You will only see this option if you are using Illustrator CC2020.
Since you are only getting this problem while saving to network, I'd also recommend checking with your IT team if there is any firewall/access policy which is not letting Illustrator save the file.
In the meantime, workaround would be to save locally first and then copy it to network location.
