Unknowen format file

I have my logo in .ai and when trying to open it says unknown format

how can I fix it

It could have .ai file extension but the file might have been saved in a different format. If you upload your file I can have a look.

Pay attention to the file extensions, too. Files shared by email without the file extension can become corrupted. Always zip with "zip" when sharing via email.
