Unknown & Outdated Applications

This has been on my LaunchPad for a while now, and I was wondering what they are and how to remove them, if I even should remove them. (Look at the image attached) I have a MacBook Pro with macOS Monterey version 12.0.1 with an Apple M1 chip. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like they are unlinked to the actual scripts (question marks) - can't you just drag them out of the bar or right click and say remove or something like that (long time since I used a Mac)
