How can I unlink threaded text boxes in Illustrator?

InDesign as a script called "split story" which allows to break the link and create individual non-linked text boxes.

You'll find the command under the Type menu in Illustrator. Select the text frame and choose Type > Threaded Text > Remove Threading.

Hi Arjun,

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to the correct response given by Barbara, I'd request you to check out this detailed help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/creating-text.html#threading_text_between_objects) to know how to create text in Illustrator.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh
