Adobe Illustrator:  I HATE YOU.  Why do you have to make changes that require us to go through "training" for hours so you can "fix" something that was never broken in the first place?  Stop making the use of your product more difficult and time consuming.  You are turning more people against you than you are gaining.  I am looking for an easy to use program and will discontinue my paid subscription as soon as I do.  YOU SUCK

This is a user forum, mostly visited by "meddling users" who try to help with Illustrator problems encounterd by users like you. But they need to know your problem before being able to to help.

Thanks for trying, there is nothing you can do. I volunteer with people
with cognitive and learning disabilities. I teach them to design using
adobe to sublimate and laser etch. Each time adobe changes the location of
commands, how to access cloud content, or even how to open a new document,
I spend a lot of time training and retraining my friends on use of the
software. It is very frustrating and adobe won’t listen. I have
unsubscribed to this forum but cannot modify or delete my post. Please just
ignore it. I won’t be back.
