Unwanted Adobe Illustrator forum emails are flooding into my inbox. How to stop it?

Cancel your subscription to the Illustrator forum. Go the the Illustrator forum home page and click on "No longer follow" (or whatever that is in your language). In your community settings there could also be an option to just get the new posts into your Messagebox, not via email.
