Upgrading to new Illustrator version is pain... need help

Hi, I am currently on Illustrator version 2019 and wanted to upgrade it to 2021.

I have 2019 version fully customized as per my need.

But when I upgraded it, I found many of my customizations were restored except my favourite fonts and the new toolbar which I created in 2019.

I have thousands of fonts and its a pain to again favorite them.. How can this be restored?

Now this is something not good.

It will consume half of my time in restoring the panel and marking fonts as fav.

Loss of productivity here.
