Urgent Help Needed: Unable to Save Files in Illustrator on Apple M3 Pro Sonoma

Dear Community,I’m experiencing a critical issue with Adobe Illustrator on my Apple M3 Pro running macOS Sonoma. For the past two days, I’ve been unable to save files directly to my computer (not an external drive). I have 1.7 TB of available storage, so disk space is not the issue.When attempting to save even small files as .ai documents, the progress stalls at 98-99% before failing with an “unexpected error” message. This problem is seriously impacting my workflow and ability to meet deadlines.I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.Thank you very much for your help!Best wishes,Jaz

Hello @jazmina_3483,I understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to save your files. Would you mind checking if Full Disk Access is enabled for Illustrator under system preferences (https://adobe.ly/3ZVbsCb)? Also, check if iCloud is enabled for the Desktop and Documents folder (https://adobe.ly/3VH3gmq) if you are saving there and disabling it temporarily or using a different folder to see if it helps.Looking forward to hearing from you.
