User Guidelines - Violence And Gore For Private Use Not Public

I have a question for Adobe Support regarding violence and gore User Guidelines.

My question is: what if it is for a D&D tabletop session where a scene describes violence and gore? I would like to create it for personal use not public use. Board game and video game solo developers shouldn't be barred from creating violent and gory content if it isn't public. Heck, they wouldn't exist on the open market today if violence and gore was not allowed in public.

There should be a feature that allows the User to turn mature content on or off. If it is on, the User can be barred from posting that content in any Adobe public forum, or bar the User from posting in any public forum in general until they turn it off in their account settings. That will prevent Users from accidentally or intentionally posting mature content, and will keep the public forums clean.

Just draw that kind of stuff if you want to have it.

And there are perhaps a lot of artists out there who will be happy to take on that contract.

I would like to add to the feature: When mature content is turned off, it should grey out the "share" and "post" buttons on any mature content in the User's portfolio. When it is turned on, the User can create mature content and download them freely but still unable to share or post.
