Here's how to use treshold:

I'm pretty sure that the presenter in this video cheated with their result. That is not autotraced.
Here is a playlist about Image Trace: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVqhHu3CSohV3AbA0DP6c6kJ5EJIqgFFf
OK I have solved the issue. Original JPG image is in FREEPIK. It is coming. I do not know why my PNG screen shot did not produce the result.

The result should be just one continuous line? Then the answer is no.

You can see what they did -- they used image trace with the line art preset.

Change the Threshold to "Darker"

Did the video creator provide same file to use, or are you using a low resolution screenshot?

Looks like a higher resolution in the video.

Is there any way to get/make higher resolution PNG.

Ask the creator of the video. You cannot create a better one from your screendump.

Screen dump or not is up to the level of your knowledge. If detail 20 min video produce everything new to viewer, it is useless because you cannot dump everything in your brain.
But reels are less than 1 min video. Try to introduce only a very few things. Therefore I prefer reels. Not only that many reels are voiceless therefore it demands your high concentration as well.

Reels most of the time do not teach you any context. They are great for tips and tricks, but they are completely useless for learning the application.
With Creative Cloud you have 3 months of LinkedIn Pro, which includes LinkedIn Learning. I would recommend that you make use of it and take some Illustrator classes.

In my view Ai, Ps, Ae, Pr and many more applications are test bed for your creativity. No one can tech you creativity. YT Videos and reels are giving information how tools in that can be used. Rest is depend on your creativity. Recently I saw a visiting card of a person in relevant filed. He is given a title as "Creative Professional"

If you hobble around from tip to tip and do not have a full understanding of your tools, then how can you come up with ideas of what to do with them?
But even if you come up with an idea, then what is it worth if you are struggling to figure out even basic tasks?
"No one can teach you creativitiy" is just a lame excuse for not learning.

This is the result I get from the small image you shared, starting with the line art preset and increasing the threshold:
With a better quality image it would produce a higher fidelity trace.
There's nothing else you can learn from this video. That's all there is to it. There is no creativity involved, this is just learning what buttons and sliders do what. You're better off reading the instructions and experimenting on your own images if your goal is to learn the image trace panel.

I cannot agree more with the recommandation of Monika:

Which illustrator you suggest?

If you have the time, I would do them all.

All of them. And then continue with any other training you can cram into the 3 months. Just recently I've seen someone who was bingewatching and a certificate of a completed course popped up at least daily on their account. Making the most of the 3 months.

This is a reel. I took screenshot of the image to replicate the work.

You can't expect the same result unless you are using the same image.

I played this video in Pr and export the frame & placed it in Ps to get a correct size. This was done to make sure pixel is not lost when taking PNG image.

That's still a cropped portion of a 720x1280 px screenshot. You have no way of knowing the size of the original image.
