Ventana de los programas de Adobe se mueven

Por favor me pueden ayudar, uso una MacMini M1 de 2020.
Problema: Mientras uso cualquier programa de Adobe ocupo toda la pantalla, el problema es que al poner en reposo la Mac y volver entrar de ese reposo, todos los programas de Adobe que estaban abiertos, la ventana que estaba completamente maximizada se mueven hacia abajo, es somo si miviera toda la ventana unos 2 cm hacia abajo.
