Vi en un tutorial que al hacer una figura con la pluma, en los vertices (esquinas) aparecian unos nodos circulars que redondeaban esa esquina, pero en el mio no aparece. Saben si es por que desactive algo u otra cosa? Tengo la version 2021 de Illustrator.

Try selecting the anchor points with the Direct Selection Tool as opposed to the Selection Tool.

This corner widget only shows up on sharp corners and not those with handles.
