Visualizar png

Hola! no puedo visualizar los archivos como png, me aparecen con fondo blanco. No me pasaba, empezó a pasarme hoy. Toque varias ajustes,  y nada

Can you tell what is the keyboard shortcut to see the transparency of a png on illustrator?

Necesito saber cual es el atajo para que los png muestren la trasparencia, sin fondo blanco, en illustrator. Lo olvidé.

There is no shortcut to show the transparency of a PNG. If there is transparency it should be shown default.

But sometimes the Preview can go wrong when it is calculated by the Graphics card. 

If that is the case you can try to switch between the GPU and the CPU Preview and see if that helps. To switch use Cmd E or Ctrl E

Are you saying that imported png files have lost their transparency and now have a white background? Could you provide details as to how those png files were created and if there is good reason to believe that they were originally created with transparent backgrounds.
