Wacom Driver Error

I've uninstalled and deleted all Wacom driver files from my computer, and I'm on a new laptop— but the Cloud settings from years ago still pull up this error code every time that I open Illustrator. Please help me fix this bug, it's super annoying.

How did you uninstall the wacom driver? Manually or with the wacom uninstaller ? Were you an admin in the account or as a user?

In the preferences is there a Wacom tab and can you disable the tablet there?

Other than that: contact Wacom and ask them how to completely erase all the leftovers from tablets?

I've had this exact same issue, and yes there is a preference checkbox for the tablet, but unfortunately it does not change the issue.
