Hello.

I have updated all 29 computers in my classroom as well as my own laptop to the latest WACOM drivers. I am able to enable the tablet in Illustrator Edit > Preferences > General > Enable....

However NONE of them will allow me to choose "Pressure" when editing brush settings...only Fixed and Random are clickable.

All versions of Illustrator are fully updated as well. We are running Illustrator 2024 ver 28.5.

I also get a pop-up some computers each time I load Illustrator that says, "....has detected a problem with your drivers for wacom tablet. Please install updated drivers and restart". Which I have...

HELP!

Hello @Mr. A. Palmer,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this Wacom help article (https://adobe.ly/45sbMJN) to manually uninstall and reinstall the drivers to check if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
