    A client asked me to redesign this email overlay

    and since this is just the graphic design part no coding required in my case, I guess what I need is a PS or AI tutorial about, correct if I am wrong please.

    First you can create a screen like this either in Illustrator or in Photoshop....

    You can also prototype a screen like this in Adobe XD.
