what's wrong with my colors?

Hi!
I have problems with colors of my artwork. I have done an artwork and saved it pdf. Color mode is CMYK. All is ok with that. Then I placed the artwork to my other artwork and all colors changed. (pictures.) what is wrong? Can somebody help me?

Are you going to RGB from CMYK..? Or vice verssa..?
