I waas wondering what kind of spline does the Curved Lines In Illustrator use? Is there any documentation on it?

Thanks for your reply, but I'm kind of surprised since, for a Bezier curve, the control points are typically located outside the curve. However, in the tool you mentioned, the control points appear to be on the curve. Can you provide any insights on this?
