whats with the touch app plugin update? what does it do?

Hello all,

Ive been searching high and low for any content, addons, plugins etc.  to help customize the user interface for tablet mode on illustrator (as I am using a 2 in 1 pc Tablet Lenovo flex 4)

and I saw this on my cloud, but Have no idea what it is! searched online, the adobe apps, etc. any info on either of the two would make my week, thank you!
