Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would suggest you to reset your Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) and follow the suggestions of @michelew83603738 & @Lukas Engqvist and let us know if it helps. I hope it helps!
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

Regards,

Anshul Saini

What is the status on Smart Guides? Is Snap to Pixel Grid enable? How zoomen in are you? Knowing the magnitude of the snapping may help.

You have two object s a dark blue and a light blue? It is not totally clear to me what you want to happen is it that you have a pixel grid acitve and the point is snapping to the wrong place? If you want to have the point on the line. Could you use Smart Guides or Alignment Panel?

Please let us know what guides and grids are active.

Somewhere you have a snap on that is interferring with being able to drag to where you want it to go. Go through your Preferences as well as the View Menu to make sure that some Snap that you may not be aware of may be interferrring with you being able to freely move your anchor points.
