when I import/post it anywhere, colors are messed up

When I work within InDesign and see the result in the folder, it looks okay, but when I import/post it anywhere, colors are messed up. It's just my curiosity though, why is this happens? There's no such problem importing as pdf
I'm imporing in CMYK, I suppose that can be a reason, since importing in rgb helps

How is your color mangement set up?

It looks like InDesign is using your color settings while the other app is not.
