When I move my cursor in Illustrator CC 2018 the screen appears jagged.

See image below. This is what happens whenever I move my cursor or scroll up in Illustrator. I looked for a new update but that isn't the case. I did recently get a new computer the MacBook Pro with touchpad, maybe that has something to do with it?

Any information would be appreciated. It isn't preventing me from working but is a real pain!
