When i printed that custom size grayed out in Media size in Illustrator.

I tried to printed my illustration. But, media size didn't work every time that couln't chance to printed in illustration.

Media size didn't activated.. How can i fix it ? Please let me know about what happen..!

    Since you are merely using a generic PCL driver with no specific printer info, those options will simply not be available. You have to use a specific driver for your printer or else AI couldn't do any of the caclculations for the simple reason that without this extra info the program simply does not know the capabilities of the print device.

      I fixed it with your advice! Thanks a lot . It was wrong downloaded print driver I guess !  😊 I didn’t know that because photoshop was working directly.

      Anyway I glade to speedy service.
