When I try to open my exercise files with Illustrator open it asks me to download the app

I wanted to do one of the recommended exercises. I have AI open on my PC, but when I try to download the exercise, it tells me to download the app.

When I go to "All Apps" it shows it as up to date.

I am on Windows 10. I have tried updating / reinstalling etc. Still happens. tbh I have given up.

restart your computer and retry.

if that fails, try a different browser. make sure you have all cookies enabled and allow javascript.
