When Resizing an Object, How do do Left Justify it's position?

Hello,

I have a rectangle selected "newRect.selected = true;"

How can I resize it 133.33% with a Left Center Justification?

The Cyan is the original size and the Yellow is the 133.33% I want to resize it to.
