Where do I find Cut Path At Selected Anchor Points button?

Hello, I have a basic shape consisting of two triangles which I drew with the pen tool. I want to cut the triangles apart using the Cut Path At Selected Anchor Points button. However, when I select an anchor point, the button does not show. Where can I find it?
