Where has the lens flare tool moved?

Where has the lens flare tool been moved in the current version of Illustrator? It used to be in with the shape tools, but now I no longer find it there. Rectangle tool is now showing up as a separate button with no options under it, and ellipsis has the other polygons but lens flare isn't there anymore. Has it been eliminated?
