Anyone knows where to find the CC 2019 scripting reference PDFs?

I am specifically looking for the Javascript one, but AI's scripting page is stuck with 2017: Illustrator Scripting | Adobe Developer Connection

Still i dont see any about exportForScreens for instance?! this is in the 2020. this function has been in there before 2017?!
