Hi,

I have read other questions regarding similar issue and non of these options have worked.

I have created a new document profile using illustrator cs6 and I need to save into the designated folder. I have tried to locate the following directory with no results:

User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Adobe Illustrator Version/Language/New Document Profiles.

My operating system is MacOS and I cannot locate an Adobe Illustrator folder, the only adobe illustrator folder i am able to locate is in Applications/Adobe illustrator cs6 and even there I cannot locate the new documents profile folder in which to save the custom document profile.

Any suggestions about how to resolve this?

PHEW! Found it! But it acts weird...

Firstly, there's no way to create from the New dialog box and save those settings, unless you make it a template. BUT, you CAN save .ai documents and put them in the following folder structure. BEWARE - this did NOT work for inches! I tried making a 4inX4in test document. Created okay, but the New dialog box read the number of pixels (it based it on 72ppi) and measured it in inches, so I ended up viewing a 288X288 INCH document! When I created a 288pxX288px document, it worked fine. So, you want to work in pixel measurements.

The path: User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 21/en_US/New Document Profiles

When you try to view it in the New dialog box, it won't show at the top, you have to choose View All Presets
