Which version of Illustrator suitable for Windows 10 1703

I installed Illustrator CC 2017, but I stuck in a problem that AI is always crashed when I saved files or copy/ paste artwork, not responding for about 20 minutes - just a black screen until it continued working the next step.It also take a long time to start.  I have read a discussion that AI CC 2017 21.1.0 is not suitable for Window 10 ver 1703, and I tried to install a older version (CC 2015) but the problem's still the same. What can I do now?  Attached picture is the information of my Windows

Illustrator runs perfectly on most Win10/1703 systems.
