White with pattern isn't quite white

Hey, how are you?

My designer created a pattern for me, which I use through the "Fill" section for text.
The pattern basically adds strokes to the text. (adding a picture)

It's white by default, and I also made sure to recolor it to white.

However, when I insert it to a design tool with a printing company I work with (Printful)

It does not look as "white" or "sharp" as it should be, almost kind of blurry
(DPI is 300+, and RGB is 255,255,255)

It was suggested that it only looks like it on the mockup design tool,

however I wanted to make sure, maybe there's something I'm missing before I order samples.

I've attached pictures of how it looks on illustrator, and on Printful.

(It's the same design just different alignment)

Thanks a lot!

Are you referring to the color of it on the image of the t-shirt?

How are they printing this? What is the name of the printing process? Ask the printing people if the file fits their requirements for printing white if you don't know the details.

As for the resolution: the fabric is determining it. Have you ever seen something printed on a t-shirt? It won't be crisp because the fabric is rough.

Getting samples printed is your only possiblity to judge the quality. That image is just a photomontage and can't tell you anything.
