After upgrading to Adobe 2019, there are too many inconveniences. Why are we regressing technically? I use AI every day. However, if you show this regressive attitude, I will find other programs naturally. I don't mind the way I fix the 2018 bug without new features. Please don't retreat.

    What I mean is 'the customizable toolbar' that you have created. Due to the fluidity of features, toolbars are randomly changed When I work. Please add a fixed function. It's very uncomfortable.

      I am not a native speaker. Please understand strange English.

      First of all, the illustrator may be switched off for no reason.

      Secondly, it is very messy when using text tools. This phenomenon has never happened in 2018 version. When I increase and decrease the size of the text by the mouse, AI becomes extremely buggy.

      Third, the user interface got worse. The positions of the left icons change as desired.

      Fourth, there are too many Functional Description pop-ups. It is very annoying when I work.

      Overall, the use experience has been poor and the program has become very unstable. I think it's a great update to just stabilize without adding functionality and It should not be as bad as the existing interfaces and functions. but this version of 2019 seems to have broken many of its advantages. I want to fix these problems and I don't want such a radical update.

      • Operating system( Exact version of Windows/MAC)
      • Are you facing these issues on some particular files or on new files as well?
      • Where the files are generally saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?

      Please try resetting preferences for illustrator and let us know if that helps.
