Why is there only one Free Transform in Adobe Illustrator 2019

I have installed Adobe Illustrator 2019.
but why does this edition have only one freetransform.
is there any solution to this problem??

You can also try to reset your workspace, the panel could be hidden (maybe behind the toolbar).

You are looking at the interface to edit custom toolboxes. Select Window > Toolbars > Advanced
