  1. I have registered to translate all software, and before that I was still allowed to use illustrator normally but today I am not allowed to use it, after deleting it, in the download window they forced me to buy more illustrator. 1 more time?

I understand your concern. It seems that despite your Creative Cloud subscription purchase, Illustrator is prompting you to pay again. This issue can be resolved by simply logging out and then signing in. This approach might help resolve the issue you're facing.
