i have been trying to fix my typekit on illustrator because is not showing under type but my creative cloud doesnt have the 3 dots to get to prefences.... how can i add typekit to Ai or to creative cloud?help

but it doesnt show the typekit on it and my creative cloud is not even showing in my finder or desktop only on my menu bar.... and I dont see the 3 dots on creative cloud menu
