why my effect gallery not showing in illustrator beta?

when i try to use the effect gallery in my illustrator beta,

it just show blank like this.
why is it like this? and how can i fix that?

Sorry for the delayed response. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, could you update to the latest version of Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/41SxciZ) to see if it helps resolve the problem?

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and share your observations.

Same issue. Running on M1 iMac.

This really impedes my work flow as I can't preview effects. Please let us know if there is a fix.

I had no clue, I just stopped using the meta version, so far no bugs in the original Illustrator.

Thank you for your patience, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in response. We've recently released version 28.6, which includes multiple bug fixes. Could you please let us know if you're still experiencing the same issue with this update? If the problem persists, it would be helpful if you could provide a few more details:

Which operating system are you using?
When did the issue start? Did it occur after any OS update or app installation like antivirus/ web extentions etc?

We’re here to assist you and just need a bit more information to help resolve the issue.

For me the problem is still occuring. I just updated to that version. My mac is fully updated. I do have antivirus, but i installed that first thing on my laptop and then I installed illustrator, i remember it working for a while with anti virus installed.
