Why texts placed on circle are displaced when I modify the size of the circle??

I mean that I modify the size of a circle with round text, and after that, placed is moved around the baseline. And I have to move text back to original place to look good.

How to avoid it??

Do you mean type on a path, or something else? Can you show what you mean?

Yes, typing on a circle path. And then, when I resize the circle including text, text rotates and doesn't keep same place... I'm away office and I can't provide an image.
