I read the same thing on older forum post regarding color picker. You don't have to grant access if you don't care to use the color picker to choose colors from other app windows.

Hi there,

Adobe apps do not require access to your Calendar, Contacts, Screen Recording or Location. As confirmed by Meganchi If you encounter this prompt, simply select Don't Allow if you are not using Color Picker tool.
