I can move the path, change color etc, but i cant use the width tool and shape builder tool.
Sry i couldnt do screenshots, in the screenshots the Mouse disappeared

Can you please show us a screenshot of you layer's panel expanded so we can see what might be going on there.

They are a live paint group. You need to release that (or expand, whatever is appropriate in your workflow)
