Width Tool Changes When Adding New Points

Hi,

This issue really affects me, especially when I create an entire path, but then gets destroyed due to more points.

If theres not a way, can you do an update? This also affects when I want to mirror an object too.

The Width tool doesn't change the width of a stroke where there are existing width adjustments. However, when you add new anchor points Illustrator tries to average the width. You can still use the Width tool to adjust the width of the stroke at the newly added points.
