After getting windows 11 I was unaware of Adobe app not being up to date on all apps for use with it. At first all of my apps were still available right after the update to windows 11 then about a month in i started to notice that some of the apps were showing up as not compatible. At the time since it wasn't effecting the app already installed on my laptop I didn't think to look into it further. But then about two months in I needed to reinstall illustrator to my laptop, noticed that it was saying not compatible due to the version, saying it wasn't windows 10 or later, this happened shortly after windows 11 updated about 2 weeks ago. I was luck to have someone else in my house who I could run my Adobe cloud on there device with windows 10 still with the same version as my windows 11 working just fine and I could download any of the programs to there computer for class. After contacting Adobe help line they thought it had to do with version 21h2 but the windows 10 computer had the same version and worked fine. Finally after trying to troubleshoot Adobe to see if I could get it out of compatibility mode and that not working and then the program I had downloaded and installed freezing up and crashing (Adobe xd) the next day I tried one more time after 4 times the day prior to completely clean uninstall Adobe per Adobe troubleshooting and then restart and then redownloading the Adobe cloud, each and every single app showed not compatible. I was having issues with my sound as well about the same time windows 11 updated to version 21h2 as well so as a last resort I backed up all my files and programs that I might've needed onto a external hard drive and clean installed windows 10 since I was past the 10 day timeframe that windows gives to revert back to windows 10 from 11. After the clean install of windows 10, my sound came back and I'm on version 21h2 after updating and so far everything is working fine again. I am posting this bc it was so difficult to find information about this and we couldn't figure out why the difference of windows 10 version 21h2 and windows 11 version 21h2 should have made any difference but until Adobe can look into this or when they update there apps so it's compatible with windows 11 I do not recommend what so ever switching to windows 11 if you need to use any version of Adobe creative cloud apps.

these are user-to-user forums.
this is the first time i've seen this issue. there are many other adobe cc users not having this issue. ie, adobe cc is compatible with win 11.
however, if you think you have a reproducible bug to report, use this https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
