Workspace Issues

New Here ,
Jan 20, 2020 Jan 20, 2020

I have a 2nd monitor which I use soley for my tools within Illustrator and I have created a custom workspace. The problem Im having is that everytime I load Illustrator CC (2019 latest version), one of the colums of tools will randomly move from my 2nd screen over to my iMac (see screen shot below). If if I reset the work space, its does slots back in place, however whilst im working it will eventually move back to the Mac screen. Its the same column of tools everytime. I've tried everything to try and remedy it. I've deleted the workspace thinking it might be corrupt and created a new, but the same thing happens. I have custom workspaces set up in ID and PS (both CC 2019 latest version) but I'm not having the same issue. Its driving me mad now hence me being here.

Anyone else had this and if so, how did you fix it?

Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem (could be the same problem we'd describe differently), a while back, but it went away with an update. Check your version numbers, as what you're calling  "CC 2019" may not be the latest.

Latest Illustrator is 24.0.2, and InDesign is 15.0.1

LATEST

Hi - many thanks for your reply.

Its Adobe Illustrator 2019 where im having this ongoing issue and the version of this im running is 23.1.1, which I believe is the latest version of 2019 before moving up to 2020.

I have also downloaded the latest version Adobe Illustrator 2020 (version 24.0.2) and it actually does the same thing. However I dont want to use this because my version of Suitacse Fusion isnt compatible with it.

Thanks
