szymon,

Identical conversions require identical colour management. Do you know anything about the one used for the Online Color Converter (and can it be changed to match different Color Settings)?

You may be able to match the given values, but then you may be unable to get the desired results in print and wherever.

Monika, it looks like it doesn't work as well but doesn't matter now.

Now I can improve my color managment knowledge.

Thank you all

Thank you Jacob for your answer.

Maybe Online Color Picker wasn't good example, but other online color palettes (Even Adobe Color CC) give the same result.

I didn't know there can be such a difference between Illustrator and online palletes. Here is my color settings:

So the coclusion is: the values form internet color schemes is useless on CMYK Mode in Illustrator.

Thanks again. Regards.

They're not only useless in Illustrator.

They're useless.

At least as long as you don't know how exactly they've been created and the same specifications apply to your needs. Your needs seem to be Coated Fogra. If this Web color thingy is made in the US, it most likely is based on U.S. Web Coated.
