XP-PEN G640 pressure not available in illustrator

Hello,

I am running the latest version of Ai on a brand new macbook pro. The pen pressure is not available (greyed out) in illustrator. I have uninstalled/reinstalled illustrator and downloaded the latest drivers for the pen with no results. Table settings show pressure is working fine. Please help!

There are special settings you need to check in Mac OS when installing a tablet. It's not straightforward. I would suggest you contact the support and have them guide you through it.

 

If it still does not work after following the instructions, try and install a Wacom driver on top of that, which is a hack that has worked for a lot of people.
