Yellow layer color

Nobody like yellow layer color. It should be disabled as one of the random automatic colors.
Does anyone have solution for that?

It is so obviously useless feature. It is as bad as making every 5th layer invisible by default or having red fill for every 5th text you create.

Illustrator removed the yellow color for Layer 5 in 24.1.1 (2020).

There is no preference setting in the interface for that. I'm not sure about the preferences file itself.

When updating the app, do you reset the preferences? Or do you import them from the previous version?

You get no yellow layers at all?
Probably usually I get automatically from previous version, but they definetly have been reseted in last few years.
