Zoom in Photoshop and Illustration with command + Mouse Wheels (Scroll)

Is there a way to change zoom to command+mousewheel rather than option+mousewheel in Photoshop and Illustration?

*I know how to set up zoom only on the mouse wheel, but when I use zoom with the mouse wheel, I want to know how to set it up so that I can press command and zoom in instead of option.

In Illustrator you can switch to using the scroll wheel for zooming without a key via the Preferences. But remapping is not possible.

Then, can't I change from option+wheel to command+wheel instead of zooming without a key?

Command+Wheel (or Ctrl+Wheel on PC) for zoom in/out would override the shortcut for side to side scrolling of the artboard view.

Rather than use a mouse wheel for zooming, I prefer using the Ctrl+Spacebar combo (and holding down the left mouse button) for animated zoom in/out. The spacebar already toggles the hand tool on/off. Ctrl+Spacebar toggles the zoom tool regardless of what tool is active, such as the Pen Tool. The two shortcuts work very fast and navigating the artwork view. And it's a lot less work on my left index finger (compared to scrolling a mouse wheel); plus the animated zoom feature is fluid and gradual. I just press and hold the left mouse button to drag the view in/out as slow or fast as I want. The scroll wheel gives a more stuttered, jerky view moving in/out.

I got that same problem as well, but I solved. Use command+K to shows Photoshop Preferences, find "tools" on the left side, CHECK "zoom with scroll wheel"!!
