Add ChromeOS Illustrator web support

Adobe Illustrator on the web isn't supported in ChromeOS with Google Chrome. Lightroom and Photoshop do work.

I get the following error message:

WebGL isn't supported or is disabled
We can't open this file because WebGL isn't supported or is disabled, in your browser

WebGL is enabled and is working.

I followed the FAQ and troubleshooting guide including enabling the Chrome flags.

Chrome & ChromeOS version 125

I included the chrome://gpu log file.
